• One-time final cleaning fee will be charged to all reservation bookings (non-refundable): $300.00
• All utilities are included in daily rental rates, but not in monthly rentals.
• Monthly bookings must pay electricity bills during the booking term.
• Security deposit of $1,500.00 is due upon check-in and is refundable at checkout, subject to the terms of the booking.
• 100% guarantee of blazing hot water and heat. Guests control heating and air conditioning temperatures manually or via smart thermostat.
• Furnished apartments are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each checkout in accordance with New York City Health Department and CDC guidelines.
• The landlord reserves the right to reject applications. If rejected, a full refund will be issued. All potential applicants must complete the vetting process.
• Optional private secured off-street parking is available for an additional cost of $400.00.
• Public street parking is available.
• Bi-monthly housekeeping cleaning services are included.

• All bookings with a duration of less than 90 days are subject to a 14.75% occupancy sales tax due upon arrival/check-in at Marion Extended Stay.
